Combining Blockchain technology and Participatory Guarantee Systems (SPG) will result in innovative processes for certifying the various best practices sought by clients and partners. Below we describe the basic methodology, with its respective processes, for creating a new certification product combining Blockchain and SPG:

1. Understanding and Formatting SPG 1.1. Continuous training of all those involved in the principles and functioning of SPG, which involve the active participation of stakeholders in ensuring product quality. 1.2. Identification of clients and partners, and the best practices to be certified.

2. Design of the Certification Model 2.1. Definition of criteria and indicators to assess best practices. 2.2. Creation of certification models that incorporate the principles of SPG.

3. Blockchain and Smart Contracts 3.1. Definition of the most suitable blockchain platforms for implementing the system. 3.2. Development of smart contracts that represent the certification criteria.

4. Data Registration on the Blockchain 4.1. Registration of relevant information on the Blockchain (e.g., entrepreneur data, adopted practices, goals and performance indicators, monitoring frequency, among others). 4.2. Use of hashes to ensure data integrity.

5. Validation and Consensus 5.1. Active participation of the SPG in the validation and consensus regarding certification processes and requirements. 5.2. The SPG acts as nodes of the network through its participants (entrepreneurs, producers, experts, consumers), with each node validating the certified practices. The consensus instrument approves the issuance of certificates.

6. Issuance of Certificates: 6.1. When the criteria are met, smart contracts issue certificates on the Blockchain. 6.2. The certificate may include details about the best practices adopted.

7. Continuous Improvement: 7.1. The Blockchain allows tracking history and improving the system over time. 7.2. Encouraging innovation and research to improve certified practices. 7.3.
